Mobile Application Privacy Policy

App Store Compliance Notice

App Store Compliance Notice: This Privacy Policy discloses the data handling practices for our Towing Call Management Mobile Application. It is designed to satisfy the metadata requirements for Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Data Safety declarations, and regional privacy frameworks.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how our Company ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects information gathered from dispatchers, operators, and tow truck drivers (collectively, "Users") utilizing our mobile dispatch companion application (the "Mobile App") linked to a provisioned corporate tenant environment.

2. Information We Collect & Process

To provide real-time towing dispatch, call routing, and proximity allocation services, the Mobile App collects and processes the following categories of data:

Location Information (Precise & Background)

If explicitly permitted by the device settings, the Mobile App collects precise global positioning system (GPS) coordinates. This includes background location data collection even when the app is closed or not actively in use, to enable dispatchers to safely route roadside assistance calls based on real-time truck proximity.

Account Metadata

Unique User IDs assigned by corporate administrators, driver names, employee phone numbers, and profile photos submitted to identify dispatch operators.

Device & Telemetry Identifiers

Mobile device hardware models, operating system versions, push notification tokens, IP addresses, and mobile network connection details needed to maintain persistent web-socket tunnels.

Application Diagnostics

Crash logs, performance metrics, response latencies, and transaction error rates utilized strictly for platform maintenance and performance optimizations.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process the information collected via the Mobile App exclusively for the following operational business objectives:

To display active truck locations on centralized dispatcher maps, optimizing arrival times for motor clubs and stranded motorists.

To deliver emergency push alerts regarding newly assigned towing incidents, accident scenes, or law enforcement impound calls.

To accurately compute historical roadside routing logs, job duration statistics, and employee performance metrics requested by your employer.

To diagnose code instability, prevent fraudulent account behavior, and secure infrastructure channels.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

No Commercial Monetization

We do not sell, lease, exchange, or monetize driver location histories, contact datasets, or personal profile data to third-party ad brokers, data aggregators, or external marketing networks.

Employer Access

Because the Mobile App operates as an internal utility framework for a provisioned workspace, all location histories, job responses, and driver metadata are fully visible to your employer's designated workspace administrator.

Infrastructure Processors

Data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and push token channels solely to execute underlying software logic.

5. Data Security & Encryption

We implement strict administrative, physical, and technical barriers designed to shield data from unauthorized tampering or leakage. All API communication travelling between mobile handsets and our hosted cloud database environments is fully encrypted in transit utilizing secure Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) configurations.

6. Account Deletion & Data Rights (Apple Guideline 5.1.1)

In accordance with platform requirements, Users maintain absolute rights regarding the scope of their personal records:

Location Revocation

Users can instantly disable tracking coordinates at any time by toggling off location permissions within their mobile operating system settings menu. Disabling location tracking may affect real-time dispatch availability.

Account Deletion Requests

Drivers wishing to permanently delete their mobile profile, operational logs, or authentication records can submit an extraction and removal request directly to their employer's system administrator or by emailing our data compliance desk directly at support@runsoftdevelopment.com.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Mobile Application Privacy Policy to align with evolving ecosystem standards or regulatory amendments. Any updates will be pushed live directly to this public URL web address and highlighted with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp.
